Fees

Rental fees start at $60 per 30-min or $100 per hour, with no minimum time requirement. Each additional 15-minutes starts at $30. A renter is welcome to include one guest. Each additional guest is an extra $20 per hour, up to three guests. Cleaning is included.

Parking is easy! One private parking spot is guaranteed free per rental. For additional private parking, please ask.

Active renters might receive special rental offers, online & in-house marketing, as well as free training. Guest passes to outside events may also be given!

Production rentals are welcome! With free parking, street loading, a kitchen, free high speed WiFi, free office services*, free consulting* & many other amenities, Mercy Studio LA is perfect for your project!

Hourly rental fees depend upon the size & scope of the production, and start at $125/hr with a 4-hour minimum, from load-in to load-out. Fees are very competitive & reflect the industry standard in Southern California.

*Free office services (printing, copying, scanning, supplies) & consulting is offered as a courtesy, as needed, and when available. As hard as we try, there is no guarantee MSLA can meet your particular needs without clear communication.
